Since the founding of Amagasaki Spinners LLC in 1889, Unitika Textiles Ltd.’s Tokiwa factory has remained firmly committed to producing thread for 130 years. Located in the city of Soja, Okayama Prefecture, famous as the birthplace of Kibi culture, the plant takes textiles from yarn to fabric on the bank of the rushing Takahashi River, and the technology and quality of its production have been praised around the world.
P.T. Unitex is located in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. Beginning in 1971 as a yarn-dying factory, it spins, dyes and weaves fabrics with Japanese engineers maintaining the technical quality of Japan. Having transported 「PALPA」 spinning machines from Japan, it improves every day as a production base for globalization.
